If you want to be scheduled to transfer back to me as your PCP at my private practice in Parker, I’d love to see you!
Just text me your ID and insurance card and call to schedule- - - I am open by appointment any time at all weekdays.
If you want to stay with your new PCP but just want a consult for a second opinion about diet, medications, lab results, or your treatment plan, I do offer consultations without treatment for $75 pre-paid for one hour.
If you need self-pay primary care without insurance:
New patient visits must take place in person, take a full hour, and are $150 pre-paid,
follow up visits: half-hour appointment is $75 pre-paid, a one-hour appointment is $100 pre=paid.
